Jim’s rate is $350 per hour (plus any non-incidental costs or expenses), to be divided equally between or among the parties. He does not charge for travel time or incidental expenses for mediations conducted in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, or Sarasota counties. For purposes of this provision, unless prohibited by Court order or agreed otherwise by all parties, each “party” will be deemed to be all persons or entities represented by the same attorney.

 

We request that you provide us with at least 72 hours advance written notice of the cancellation of a mediation. There will be no cancellation charge unless the parties arranged to conduct the mediation through the mediator’s office and conference facilities, in which event a $500 cancellation fee shall be charged to be split between or among the parties
